Shukin, Yuriy (1904-1935)

Prior to 1917, he studied at the Voronezh school, then went on to study in a unified labor school.
In 1919-1920 he studied at the Voronezh Free art workshops at S.Romanovicha and N.Maksimova. He participated in the design of revolutionary festivals.

 From 1922 to 1930 he studied at the Higher Art-Vhuteine ​​(All-Union Art Technical Studios in 1927, renamed the All-Union Art and Technical Institute) in P.Konchalovsky , I.Rabinovicha, V.Sahnovskogo.

During his student years and the next five years Shchukin worked on the design of demonstrations, mass theatrical processions commemorating the revolutionary dates and events.
