Vedernikov Alexander S. (1898-1975)Vedernikov Alexander S. (1898 - 1975) studied at the Art Studios in N.-Novgorod (1921 - 23) in A. Kuprina , AV Fonvizina and Vhuteine in Leningrad (1924 - 28) in the OE Braz , AE Karev . He was a member of society "Circle of Artists" (1928 -30). Exhibitions since 1928. In 1930 he painted landscapes of Leningrad (oil, watercolor.). Performed a sketch (Karelia, watercolor., 1945) destroyed in the war monuments of Russian architecture in Pskov, the town of Pushkin, Pulkovo. Author of individual sheets of watercolor and watercolor series (1940-60s). He has also worked as a decorator. His works have been exhibited in London (1929). Exhibition of works Vedernikova held in Leningrad (1945). Works are in the State Russian Museum, and others. He taught at IZHSA (1936 -37), LIIKS (1937 - 41), LISI (1945). His portraits are executed VA Greenberg (oil, 1941) and DG Baryshev (avtolitogr., 1957).
