Gang Alexei Mikhailovich (1893-1942)
GAN Alexei Mikhailovich (1893-1942) - a Russian painter and art theorist, one of the leading figures of constructivism, led the most radical wing of the movement, seeking to replace traditional forms of creative design and film. Especially actively experimented in the field of printing and (along with his wife E. Shub) cinema. Published the magazine "Cinema-ph" (1922-23), was a member of the "Society of modern architects." He died in exile.
