Myl'nikov Andrei was born in Engels (Pokrovsky ) Saratov region February 22, 1919 . Artist painter and muralist. Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Vice President of Arts, People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of Lenin and State Prizes of the USSR and the RSFSR , Hero of Socialist Labor , a professor at St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting , Sculpture and Architecture Repin .
